Here’s How You Can Correct Your Unbalanced Throat Chakra

The Throat Chakra, also called Visuddha, is the fifth Chakra in the body which is located just above your spine, below your throat. Since the throat chakra takes care of all the other chakras present in the body, it is absolutely essential that you take care of it. An unbalanced throat chakra can lead to several problems like an inefficient chakra network in the body.

Here are a few ways through which you can help cure or fix your unbalanced throat chakras-

Try Using Crystals For Meditation

It is said that meditating with crystals would allow one to deal with unbalanced throat chakras. In fact, meditating is very helpful when you want to restore or heal something back to its original state. So the next time you sit on your mat to meditate, don’t forget the crystals!

It is up to us to see that the words that we speak aren’t necessarily spoken from a bad intention in mind.

Traditionally, herbs have been used to take care of unbalanced throat chakras. Herbs like cloves and others have either been symbolically burnt and their fumes inhaled or drank with tea.

Try repeating sentences with positive intent. You might be down with a terribly unbalanced throat chakra, but don’t forget to remind yourself how strong a person you are. You are more than you think and you especially need to affirm that when you are in pain. Sit up in your bed and mention that you are strong, that you are brave and that you have the power to deal with any situation.
